As soon as our rental team has invited you to view the apartment, you will receive an email about this.

      a. Unfortunately, I cannot attend the viewing at the time stated, but would like to make an alternative appointment.

            1. click on the button: "Cancel".

            2. you will be forwarded and your cancellation is confirmed.

           3. if we schedule another viewing for this apartment, we will be happy to come back to you with an alternative viewing date.        

Please understand, however, that the rental status can change at any time at short notice and we can therefore not guarantee you an alternative viewing appointment.

      

      b. I am no longer interested in the apartment mentioned

            1. click on the button: "Cancellation

            2. you will be redirected and your rejection is thus confirmed.

            3. by clicking on the button "withdraw application" - highlighted in red, at the bottom of the page - you can cancel the appointment and will not be considered in the further process.
